Program will run over 5 consecutive weeks in 2-hour time slots. This program is designed to step you through an easy-to-understand process. You will learn to observe and research the origin of your perceptions, beliefs and assumptions, and how thoughts and behaviours form. This program is purely an explorative experience. No counselling will be entered into. This program is designed to be an easy first step to self-awareness. All participants will be interviewed before being accepted into the course.
